Products purchased in the webstore can be picked up in Budapest, VII. District Vörösmarty street 7. You need to send an e-mail to or a message to our Facebook profile beforehand to make an appointment.


Products are available for purchase through cash on delivery on the territory of Hungary. The full amount (product + delivery fee) is needed to be paid to the DPD courier.

Please check the package for damages. If the package is damaged and/or the damage report is not attached, please do not receive the package! Should a product be missing from the package please mail us the form filled in by the courier and we will supply the missing product straight away. Please keep the bill and the delivery note in case of claims and guarantee-related issues. Purchased products arrive in 5-10 workdays.

Shipping fee

Shipping fee for every product is 5 EUR on the territroy of Hungary, regardless from the size and weight of the package. If the amount of the purchase is more than 40 EUR, the sipping is free.

If you want to cancel your order post delivery, you can do it without justification in 8 workdays counting from the date of the delivery. You need to return the products to the sender in their original state and undamaged. SKA Promotions Kft. is only liable for refunding the full amount paid on delivery if the products are returned in new condition, undamaged, and the content and the package of the delivery needs to be complete aswell. Cancelling the delivery comes with no additional fee, however, the customer needs to cover the costs of returning the package to the sender. 

If cancelled in writing it is sufficient to send the cancellation statement in 8 workdays counting from the date of the delivery and making sure the package arrives back as soon as possible. SKA Promotions Kft. can demand that the customer compensates the damages in the products that are caused by improper use.

If the customer wishes, the provider will organize the returning of the package – in these cases please reach out to the customer service. When returning the product, the shipping fee is set by DPD courier service. Please bear in mind that even if the provider is the one to organize the returning of the package, covering the costs of returning the package to the sender is still the customer’s responsibility.

The customer cannot apply for a refund if he or she already used the product after the delivery, and if the product was washed or modified in any way.

If the returned package meets the requirements above, SKA Promotions Kft. commits to refund the price of the package within 30 days, counting from the return delivery, via bank transfer.

SKA Promotions Kft. reserves the right to withdraw from the contract at all times.

Product replacement

Replacement of the products purchased in the webstore can be arranged with the customer service. Replacement is demandable via phone or e-mail. We are available by phone from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and non-stop by e-mail.

If the cause of the replacement is not our fault, the customer needs to cover the shipping fee for returning the package.
